I visited here for the first time, Colin and Niki were totally awesome workers. They got my wife and I set up with our first real bike ride in forever. They set up our bikes, helmets, and told us about the popular routes and which places to stop by for sightseeing. Price was also reasonable. Rented an e-fat-bike in January. The service was awesome, the bike was awesome, but the beauty of the coastal trail really blew me away! Had to go back the next day and rent again. And January is the off-season ? What am amazing place to shred around. Just make sure you dress warm and bring hand warmers.

We had an amazing time riding the trail! Pablo was so friendly as well as all the staff! If you are looking for a fun time in Anchorage you MUST visit Pablo’s Bicycle Rental! The bikes were super good quality and well maintained, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! We haven’t rode bikes in years nor have we been to Alaska prior; but we left with ALL the confidence and care from the staff! We will definitely be back anytime we are in town!

We had such a great time! The rental process was easy, they went over the trail, how the electric bike worked as it was my first time using one and where we might see wildlife. No pressure on return time just get back before they close! We even seen a few moose on our adventure. My husband and I did a last-minute, three hour E – bike rental today. We showed up without a reservation and were given nice bikes that were charged. (I’ll admit there was a large party coming in right after us so it would’ve been smarter to make a reservation) We were also given helmets in good condition and detailed instructions on how to get to the coastal trail.
