Newbie here to the fat biking scene. This shop was A++ fantastic! The manager (Peter) was super knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to talk me through all the various options for a bike purchase. The shop techs switched out the tires to ones with studs and did a full inspection on the bike and had me out the door in half an hour. Very nice buying experience, highly recommend!!

Getting back into biking and brought in a used bike to get tuned up and assessed by the bike tech - he was busy with another customer but took the time to acknowledge me while I waited. They found me the right mountain bike for my price point ($735) and skill level (novice). I went in knowing very little, just said I was looking for a beginner mountain bike that wouldn’t break the bank, and voila! It seems the covid bike shortage is not so much an issue anymore. They said they have a lot of bikes in stock this year. They were very friendly and approachable, even to a rookie like me.

I brought my wife's Momentum eBike to Paramount after a bungee cord got wrapped around the rear hub, disabling it. She depends on the bike for her work commute to the Kenai Princess Lodge from our cabin in Cooper Landing.
