I recently ordered a blue fast ripper 28" bike from Chris in Alaska. I was so happy with the salesman and the company. The fast ripper was sold out everywhere. I talked to Chris about the item in stock , he made this transaction easy , the money transaction, the shipping and the customer service was wonderful. I received my item here in Tennessee in 2 days in perfect condition. I recommend this company to anyone.

I needed a front axle bearing for a kids bike. I brought in a sample that had six ball bearings. They had the same relative size only with seven balls and told me to take it and try it to see if it would work and if it did, I could then pay for it. Instead I bought two and they worked great. I will see them again whenever I need anything else.

Huge shout out to all the guys at the Dimond location! My husband dropped a $600 gift card in the parking lot last time we were there, and we didn’t realize until tonight when they called to tell him they had bikes in. He told them about it, and they have been hanging on to it for a month! These guys are the best. We now have 3 Giant bikes that came from the Dimond store. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I flew into Anchorage for the Talkeetna Trio the other day and discovered that the airlines had damaged one of my carbon rims. With a few days to the race, I stoped in and spoke with Duane who gave me an honest assessment and provided exemplary service to get me on my way. I can’t thank them enough for their help, the fix and allowing me to crush it on course!
