Anchorage Trek is the best bike shop in Alaska, and quite possibly one of the best in the United States. Over the past couple of months, Trek Store service personnel, Koz in particular, have helped me tremendously with two of my bikes and one of my girlfriend's bikes. Always professional, courteous, and comprehensive with all service and repairs. I have also had the opportunity to engage with some of the sales staff when picking out new products for my bikes. It's always been a really positive experience every time I've been in the shop. Thanks and keep up the good work.

The Trek Store has not only gone above and beyond in customer service, but getting a bike fitting with Andy exceeded all expectations.
