I keep going back to Burnaby Kawasaki for pretty much everything bike related. The service is always great, prices are fair, and they actually take the time to help instead of rushing you through. Sebastian helped me with my most recent helmet and was awesome. He spent the time to make sure the fit was right and answered all my questions. Manny has been my go to for parts and service and is always easy to deal with and super helpful. Just a solid dealership with good people. Highly recommend.

The people at BK are simply awesome! While there recently I punctured my rear car tire on an object near the back alley. Before I even realized what had happened the amazing folks at BK spotted the problem and immediately set out to fix it with efficiency and grace. I am so grateful for your caring and kindness. Very high level of customer service. Bought a new Versys 650 on sale. 👍 Trevor was very good to work with. He gave me an excellent deal. He explained the bike’s functions/features in detail upon pick up.
