Hi Steve, I got busy lately and didn’t have the opportunity to respond to you. I put a little more km since I last wrote you. My wife and I purchased two identical bikes. This was in the beginning of June 2022. Now that I’m retired I ride more often. I mostly use the electrical assist 1. I really like this bike since it is well balanced and easy to handle. I’m 6’2” and a bit heavy on the scale but I still manage to get a good workout each time I go for a ride. Best regards, Rafael

I was somewhat disappointed with the condition of the bike I received. While I understand it was a demo model and that minor scratches are expected, the bike was not well prepared for delivery. It arrived uncleaned, and the package was incomplete, with the handlebar end plug missing. Overall, this experience makes me hesitant to recommend the seller. Attention to detail and proper preparation, even for demo bikes, would greatly improve the customer experience.

I had a good experience at EbikeBC. I went in with the Stax Pro already in mind, and while Hamid did suggest looking at another option, he still took the time to answer my questions and respected my decision when I chose to stick with the Stax Pro.
