ProMech referred me to Nick/Nini’s & I can echo all the great reviews here. He kept in touch about parts arrival & came to me (which is so much more convenient because my scooter is like a motorbike & would have to be trucked!) He is very polite & nice, and taught me alot about how I can make minor adjustments myself & gave it the TLC it’s needed for awhile! Nick provides a high level of service matched with his an eye for detail and a lot of knowledge about e-bikes and e-scooters. So thankful I found him. He came to our house; diagnosed the brake issue, took the scooter with him and returned it 2 days later good as new! Highly recommended if you’re looking to service your e-bike or e-scooter. Price was more than fair!
