Salita is an excellent shop. Steven serviced my bike right before the Gran Fondo, even though he was swamped. I was shocked he was able/willing to take me on and totally made my fondo experience all the better. He’s super nice and really honest. If you’re in the North Shore or Vancouver, it’s worth coming here — very convenient location. I’m really glad to have Salita as my local shop in North Burnaby!

Don't think I can go to another bike shop after the unreal customer service I got from Salita. It legit felt like talking/buying a bike from a friend. If you are looking for the most attention to detail mechanic and the friendliest customer service this is the place to go. He doesn’t treat our bike like customers bike, instead he treat it like his own bike. I bought my Argon 18 sum here last year and took it into service this week. Steven doesn’t just make the bike into OK condition, he makes it into pristine condition.
