Kalyan, is very service oriented and values his customers! Today, Kalyan, picked up my bike for service and even dropped it off when he was finished. Kalyan, never charged for the pick up nor the drop off and his charge for new 4" FB-tire and brake pad was practically at wholesale prices compared to the other shops in town. Kalyan, even honored the warranty issue without batting an eye. My bright orange EFB gets compliments wherever I go but what pleases me the most is that I love this bike! ...

I have had my EFB since March 2021. It has kept me active riding well over 3,000 km since then with NO issues at all. It is well built and will be enjoyed for many years to come. Thank you Kayln for my great ride!

After meeting the proprieter and having a test ride, I was sold on the business and the products as well as the availability of after sales service. I have logged over 5,000km of trouble free fun on my EFB. If this bike ever wears out, I know that I would buy again from Electric Fat Bike Company.
