When you dive into the world of e-bikes you'll find that there are hundreds of different brands available; out of all the ones reviewed the one that stuck out the most was the Himiway Escape Pro. Had a fantastic experience purchasing our Aventon Level 3 from this store. Chris was quick to respond to emails and inquiries and was also very knowledgeable on e-bikes. When picking up my bike from the store, Allison and Chris were on site and were both very helpful. They were both able to answer any questions I had regarding maintenance and servicing, as well as the different features on the level 3. Very glad that we chose to purchase an e-bike from this store.
We are very pleased with the service we received from Chris at Ebike Canada. We purchased 2 ebikes and from start to finish Chris was helpful, and got us set up with bikes and an ebike rack. If there is a problem, Chris will see it through to a solution. Alan was also very knowledgeable and helpful, and even installed our bike rack for us. It is rare to have a retailer who provides outstanding service, and we are delighted to recommend Ebike Canada.
DO NOT purchase anything in person or online from this retailer. They will over promise and not deliver. Very poor communication and won’t refund your order even though they can’t stock your order. Chris will tell you he can get you what you are looking for and that it’s in his “warehouse”. After he takes your money he blames tariffs, short supply, problems with manufacturer, etc etc etc. Good luck trying to get your money back. I ordered a rear bike rack for my bike from them. On their website it says it will take 2-3 days for me to receive the order, however I have now waited almost two weeks and still haven't received it. I have tried to contact them on their website and by phone multiple times. Each time I get someone that takes down my information and tells me that Chris will call me, but he never has after waiting multiple days.
