Wow this Cycle shop is phenomenal. The hearts on these guys are huge! They just fixed up my friends Bike and did a great job and were very generous! If you’re living in Kelowna this is the only place you should be coming!! Great selection of bikes as well. Customer service 1000% I give this place a thousand stars to the moon and back!

UPDATE: Of course you are sorry the customer left disappointed. Because you are more concerned about your public image where customers can leave an honest review for other people to decide for themselves— after seeing the details. The false claims that’s I was given a refund and then posted this are COMPLETELY FALSE. I wrote my original review a mere 60 seconds after I left the shop while still sitting in my car on Ellis Street. I was in fact offered a 30$ refund “in good faith” mere minute...

Found a great deal online and purchased a bike from CLC, and the entire process was seamless. Communication was great, and the transaction went super smooth from start to finish. Open Mondays great service and prices are decent My brakes broke doing a Wheelie and I went in there looking for some bolts. No questions asked. No hesitation, he just fixed it and didn't charge me an arm and a leg also bought a kryptonite lock and some brake pads because they take care of business when you go in there 🤘🏻
