Brett offered me huge help when I was picking out my new boots. He spent so much time going through details with me and made a bunch of adjustments to make sure these boots fit me. I tried these boots today at Big White and they are perfect. My feet and shin were hurting so much with my previous boots last season and now I finally don’t have these problems anymore!!! I’m so happy with my purchase and FreshAir’s customer service. Highly recommend!!!

Great experience today with all the staff. Johnny was truly helpful in both explaining and adjusting my new ski boots. Took his time and really made sure they were fitted properly. We had another young man help us with a new helmet and fog googles and he was kind and also knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store for any ski needs.

Outstanding over the phone support with online purchase. 20% off skis were a great deal and they were kind enough to provide the sane discount on the bindings - along with the free installation. Coming from out of town everything has looked after within an hour of dropping off the boot, so appreciated ! Staff are responsive, and pleasant- you can’t ask for anything more

I had an amazing ski boot fitting experience at Fresh Air Kelowna. Johnny was the one who helped me, and he was incredible. He really analyzed my foot shape, stance, and pressure points, and explained everything in a way that made sense. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting the right fit, not just selling a pair of boots. If you’re looking for a place in town to get fitted definitely check them out! I also got my new bindings mounted and skis waxed!
