We cannot recommend this bike shop highly enough. Our experience from the first phone call to the final delivery was nothing short of fantastic. We initially called to enquire about cargo bikes, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They had the owner, Patrick, call us back the very same day. I've used this shop 3 times over the last 2-3 years and unfortunately I cannot recommend anyone else use them. I have had very abrupt and terse conversations over the phone when asking about their services and that shortness is also in person. I had to replace my bicycle wheel as it was broken and was irreparable. When I went to pick it up I asked for my tyre and was condescendingly taught the difference between a tyre and wheel when the worker held it up to me and said in a loud voice "Tire"...

Bought my first carbon road bike here in preparation for triathlon training, and David was the best! Super knowledgeable and great to talk to. He was able to explain everything in a way that I would understand, because I know little to nothing about bikes 😂 Will definitely be back!

Nice people, gave me a fair deal on a great e bike and were very helpful for tune ups and warranty work.

Update July31,/23 stopped at the shop for a minor repair was prepared to leave Bikes was met by David with enthusiasm fixed the minor issues on the spot sent us on our way to enjoy the ride and ⛱️ beach.This shop is great.🚴🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️ What great experience visit this shop on Saturday as the other shop I used to use was closed on the busiest day of the summer with bike riders.
