I popped in today after a lap. My brand new bike with sram axs shifting was skipping in a few cogs. The guys fixed it up in 5 minutes and I was off with flawless shifting! Thanks so much guys! I’ve been in before but definitely wouldn’t hesitate to go back again!

This is a great store. Had the best service experience with Max today. My son ripped off the derailleur bent the cassette and destroyed the chain. Max went above and beyond in getting the bike fixed up quickly ao he clothing continue riding with his buddies. We will definitely be back.

The guys here are so attentive and helpful i wouldn’t go to any other bike shop in Vic ! Max has been amazing helping me out with ordering parts and explaining everything. This shop is full of good people who just wanna get you riding and having fun ! 10/10 would recommend !

Small satellite shop from main store but has helped me each time I’ve needed something. They’ve also always offered great advice each visit and are super personable guys. Had shoes in my size (even with the small selection) and on another visit saved my ride by repairing tire and resealing within minutes. Always nice to know they are there while riding the park and trails.

After dealing with another Rocky dealer in town and not getting any help, I stopped by this place. It took Aidan 5 minutes to get my part shipped and covered under warranty. This place is great. I couldn't have asked for better service.
