Very positive experience. Purchased a used bike that turned out to have a weak battery. They picked the bike up from my home, installed a new battery, and had it ready to go the next morning at no cost to me. Everyone I dealt with from sales, to driver, to service dept were excellent. A better overall experience than other local dealers I've dealt with in the last few years.

So I got word that an axle shaft recall had just come up on my 2019 Ducati V4S Corse track bike.
