Came to BCeBikes for the first time and was met with a very warm welcome from Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable and educated me on my bike with enthusiasm. My 13 year olds just getting into mountain biking and knows nothing about bikes and just using parts from friends and some excellent mechanics there hes managed to build is first real bike and loves it. Especially thank you for the front rim donation! Thank you all so much at coal city cycle

BCebike go the extra mile every time I need something for my bike. The last visit, I went to shop not realizing it was closed. The owner was on the property and replaced my brakes while we chatted. He did a quick service check. Put air in my tires and sent me on my way with smiles on both our faces as the cost was very reasonable.

Visited BCebike today to learn more about e-bikes. Sassy was amazing. Even though we were from out of province and not in a position to buy from her she spent the time to teach us the ins and out of e-bikes. Fantastic shop, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent service and they shared some of their knowledge with me. No pressure to buy . Just a great place to learn and enjoy riding. They're #1 in my book. I'll be going back for sure.
