We Ordered a new Honda CRF 250 RWE from Tony O in July for my wife. We were told it would be a couple of months. Tony kept us posted every three weeks or so. When we got to The store to pick up the bike it was super busy, but Tony hung with us and made sure we had no questions and even helped us load the bike. Update: VI Powersports has contacted me to resolve my situation (review). They admitted fault and offered me a credit, which I found fair. . Admitting fault, changing their system and apologizing was more than I had ever expected. Pleasantly surprised by congenial staff, zero sales pressure, and a clear customer first approach to sales. I was happy to switch from my Victoria m/c shop to VI Powersports after a single visit. The store is well stocked with an attached garage for certified repairs. After purchasing there were follow up checks by manager Norm Zulps seeking feedback.
