What you actually get, however, is a bike still covered in dirt and oil, low tire pressure, and a CEO who tells you that the dark, greasy chain is “normal” and actually meets their deep clean standar...

I travel the world, and deal with a lot of bike shops. The service I receive at BSP was professional and fast. I live in NV and have avoided BSP because of the past owner. I will not avoid them anymore. Thank you Charles M.

Absolutely amazing service. Was struck by a Tesla while in a bike lane. Brought my ebike into BSP for their Safety Inspection for ICBC (PS. if the driver is at fault ICBC covers this fee). Received a detailed estimate and very prompt/friendly service during a time that was incredibly stressful. ✌️

I went to the bike shop on a Friday afternoon to fix a flat tire. The staff were very friendly and helped me right away. They said the issue was with the valve and fixed it. I went home, and the bike seemed fine. However, the following Monday, when I used the bike to take my daughter to school, the tire was flat again. Went in to ask if they had a specific product to fix a specific issue I have with my bike... and then proceeded to be mansplained at about supposed safety issues and adding miles onto my bike... and the only resolution was coming into them for a "full service". If you want to be upsold and assumed to be an idiot, this is your place! Otherwise I'd go anywhere else for any bike needs.
