Absolutely the best bicycle store in North Vancouver. Steve is the kindest and most knowledgeable person I have met. Steve adapted a basket for my dog and after sales service is excellent. Prices are so good if anyone is looking for an ebike do yourself a favour go visit this store.

I was skeptical to get my first e-bike not until I saw them personally and tried them. They had to build the e-bike (fresh from the box) that i want to try and they did that and a matter of minutes. I am so happy with my new e-bike and I highly recommend this place to get your first e-bike. Jerry the Technician helps me tune up the shocks of my bike and he is quite knowledgeable about it. Kudos to the workers of this bike shop 👍😁

Came in for replacement of brake cables and Steve and the technician where very kind to help me 30 minutes before closing. Honestly it was a life saver and they both provided some assistant on how to install the new cables. Both my front and rear brakes cables gave out, I had no way of being the e-bike to a full stop except with the footwear on my feet. Thank you guys much appreciated and I'd definitely recommend them.

I purchased my cargo e-bike from them 6 years ago when they were still on Marine Drive, and I do not hesitate to bring my e-bike by for servicing whenever needed. Friendly, attentive, and experienced service every time.

Very competent and honest bike shop, if you want an ebike this is the place i'd recommend! They fixed up my old ebike now it feels like new again, super happy to be back on the trail with it
