The first time I went to Cove Bikes was by chance just over a year ago. I needed help fixing my ebike's crank arm which came loose while I was commuting home and this was the closest bike shop. Went here to look for a really old bike part, it was the 4th shop I went to looking for it. The guy working there went in the back, looked through some scrap bike parts, disassembled them and gave me what I was looking for, no charge. This is great customer service.

I was on my way back from a bike ride to Deep Cove and ran into gear issues and my back tire was low on air. Was biking past Cove Bikes and stopped in quickly. The guys at Cove Bikes were so knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my bike and get me back on the road. I cannot recommend them enough. Will definitely be back!
