Went in with an issue on my Trek bike. Super helpful staff. Helped me fix my bike tires not seating properly on the rim within minutes and explained why it was happening and how to fix it and do it myself in the future. They were able to get it done for me and all fixed very fast.

I’ve always received excellent service from the staff here—they’re consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to take extra time to look things up and share useful information. I ride my bike almost daily, and even though I came in to drop it off the day before my appointment, Jody was able to fit me in and get me back on the road within just a few minutes, which I truly appreciated. He also offered some very helpful insights and suggestions that were most welcome.

I just got the latest Norco Sight north shore series and the bike is sick! It handles the trails so well and I am really happy with this bike.
