I was hesitant to purchase a bike online and have it shipped across the country but it arrived quickly and very well packaged. Assembly was minimal and it worked flawlessly out of the box. Very pleased with the experience and bike itself. Thanks Steed Cycles for further enabling my addiction. ;)

Although I didn't end up buying my bike here, the 2-3 times I've been in I have received stellar service. They're busy, but once you get someone to help, you have their attention. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and answered questions that I had while explaining some of the technical jargon (to someone who knows little about bikes). I would single out Hayden at the North Van store for his patience and willingness to assist. I would not hesitate to come back to make future purchases ...
