Thrilled with our ebike rentals with kids trailer. Very appreciative of our experience at Freedom Bike shop. They were eager to help us get outdoors in beautiful B.C. and helpful to get our child out-of-doors with us. It felt like borrowing a bike from a friend. Casual place with professional advice. Shop is just looking for an opportunity to rip you off, brought two of my bikes in one for just a seat and the other one for puncture tire. Without any confirmation tons of stuff was done and bill was 500$ something... Left both bikes with them so..... Try your best to avoid these guys

First time to ride an e-bike! The staff I dealt with over the phone told me to reserve Specialzed Como 5.0, only large size was available online but they assured me they'll adjust the seat or swap with small size if available the day of my rental. I'm fairly a novice on bike riding, and I am so glad there was a small size. It made riding the KVR trail easy. I was also late returning the bike, had a mishap. Great group, awesome shop with a ton of stuff, pricing is very fair and comparable to others. Stopped in to pick up some rental e-bikes, ended up staying and chatting for a while, gave some good tips on local trails. Had a great time at the shop and on the trails. Definitely will stop in if I need anything when I’m in the area.

We have had great service from the crew at Freedom, starting last fall when we were starting to think about buying a gravel bike. The team was patient with our multiple visits and questions, and we're happy with our purchase! As new bike owners, we have a lot of (possibly silly) questions, but Liam in the back is always patient with our questions and happy to help. So glad to have a local shop we can trust.
