Absolutely outstanding experience at Pedago. We rented 4 ebikes. Got a flat tire on the KVR trail within the first half hour and thought our day was done but alas, Kyle from the shop met us on the trail with.....a replacement bike, and we continued on our merry way all the way past the tunnel having an incredible day. What great service, clear instructions as we had never ridden an e bike before.. the bikes were in excellent shape. Booking was super easy, which made the process even more enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Great rental! Pros: 1. good looking bikes. 2. Great battery length. 3. Accessories included made for a great ride, trunk bag and a good water bottle holder, trunk bag held a box of doughnuts and room for cider or wine. 4. Great customer service. 5. Bike lock and compressed air included. Cons: the day was not long enough!

Aaron was super helpful and kind, the quality of bikes were 100%. We rode for almost 3 hours and had the best experience. We were equipped with gear if had a flat we could repair on our own and we saw him riding to find other renters in need of help. Awesome! Highly recommend!!!!!

High quality bikes and great service. Really enjoyed our day riding the KVR trail. The bikes have a "Saddlebag" that can accommodate lunch and wine bottles allowing you to leave the backpack at home.
