I like the bike. The company was great in dealing with customer service and prompt with the response ... They sent me a controller that I ordered but it was incorrect and for the older model I have (which is not their fault) but I told them as they set it me a label to send back ..which was cool but they sent me another and it was the same one.. but it didn't connect because it was the older Jaguarundi model (which they didnt know i had so I get it) It's a new model controller and it should w...

Product 5 stars Customer service 4 stars Customer satisfaction 3 stars. Bought spare battery that I never used for over a year. Was out of warranty, but I NEVER used it! Service people were nice but hands were tied by policy. They should have the ability to do the Fair and right thing and keep the Customer happy. I DO RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

Terrible. They have no customer service, parts break, and then parts are unavailable. I have a bike with less than 100 miles on it and the motor is out. Was forced to buy another since they claimed they followed their warranty and ordered it back in Nov. Nothing, cant even get them. AVOID MAGICYCLE, BUY SOMETHING ELSE THAT STANDS BY ITS PRODUCTS.

The company is great and customer service is very responsive and works with you.. They sent me the wrong controller twice and I had to push them to believe me but they remedied that problem and the bike is great. The propriety aspect sorry if sucks but to be expected
