Really disappointed with my purchase. Bought my first Blade 2 three years ago and I was really happy with my first purchase. My second Blade 2 purchase, was extremely disappointing, you would think they would un-box the bike in Richmond and test it to make sure the bike works before you ship it out to the customer, like they do in car dealerships. Update after 2 plus years! Approaching 20,000 Kms, this bike continues to be a joy to ride. The motor is loud and need continuous service but other than that this bike was worth every penny Rick 11/4/24 5400 km update! Can’t say it was the best experience ever. Pick up option has you picking up at a big warehouse along with big rigs instead of the shop, LCD display came broken so I had to get that warrantied, within a few rides essential screws holding the wheels and electric motor together came off, and tubes have a slow leak I have to top up air until I replace them. If you already have a bike by Rize I recommend forking up some money to get it inspected and hope you’re not a victim of bad QC.

They choose to use Loomis Express for deliveries. Loomis has to be one of the worst delivery companies. Rize is great and love my bike, but they need to find a better courier service.
