Great shop , bought my Alien e bike beginning of the year. Just called this week for the tuneup offert to me with the purchase. Called ahead, requested fast turnaround since I use the bike daily, next day drop off was possible , as I was close by. I had a very negative experience with Janobike. The transaction did not go as agreed and I lost money as a result. The business did not deliver what was promised, and attempts to resolve the issue directly were unsuccessful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I suggest others proceed with caution and make sure everything is clearly documented in writing.

I went in asking for a part and sure enough that was the only bike shop to carry the part I was looking for and they were nice enough to toss it to me for free. It was only a specific washer but was needed. Thank you for The excellent customer service

Took our e bike here for a braking repair. Went to rocky mountain in Surrey and City e cycles in Langley. Neither would work on the bike because they did not sell it to us. Pretty sad. Went to Alien in Surrey. Super friendly reception. Owner came out and looked at bike with us. Explained the problem and fixed in 5 days with having to order parts. Just went again with a sensor issue. We had tried to replace it ourselves. Could not get one part off to change the sensor. Owner went trough everyt...

Took my bike in (9530 189 St unit 2, Surrey) ,and no word for 2 weeks. I finally called and left a msg and they did call back 2 hours later. Was told a technician would get back to me. 4 hours later I just went down in person. They had not even looked at it yet. Someone helped me load it and said he was the only one working there and he just started. Sign on the door said if you are wanting service it would be 10 days.
