I came here last Friday to rent a bike to ride along the Stanley park seawall, partly because of the shop’s proximity to the bike lane, and another due to its cute aesthetics (sucker for a cute mascot 😅🤣) and high review. However, I can’t help but feel a little disappointed by the quality of the bike itself. The brakes were really hard to use and felt almost non functional when I tried both sides, which made it kind of scary when going downhill. On the other hand, going anywhere but a flat s...

It was a pleasant two hour bike ride. I like the location of this bike shop. Not too far from pacific science museum and Granville island. The price is reasonable, and the staff is friendly. They can give you a bike’s basket upon request and availability.

Super convenient location right by the bike lane, and the shop has such a cute, welcoming vibe. The price was amazing ($27 for 3 hours) and it included a helmet and lock. The staff member was genuinely kind and helpful, he explained everything clearly and even suggested paying for 2 hours first and topping up only if I went over, which felt really customer-friendly. Perfect spot for a relaxed ride around downtown or the Seawall. Would definitely rent here again!

Great customer service, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Bikes were just what we needed with different sizes and options on offer to make a loop around Stanley park. 3 hrs is a good amount of time and gives good time for making lots of stops. Price is reasonable also.

Great experience here. The staff were extremely helpful and the price I find very reasonable. Got a sports bike with 7 gears for Stanley park, with helmet & a lock. The brake works but makes screeching noise. You definitely need 4-5 & plus hours if you want to take your time exploring the park, get a bite (or swim). I chose 3 hrs and even with extra time allowance given, I felt rushed. I chose the place because it is close to me and good reviews.
