Eastvanchopcycle EVC Custom Electric bicycles and repairs

I live in Hollywood California and love working on and riding custom bikes. I had a vision to build this E-bike and Eastvanchopcycle help me get there. I ordered all my custom parts had it shipped to me to build. The parts were made to my bike and and my specific vision. Over all customer service and support is great. The owner KNOWS his stuff! “If they said it can’t be fixed then I can probably fix it”. And I believe him Very nice chill vibe and easy to get along with. Fix my bikes and drones. It is primarily a custom EBike shop but can’t fix lots of things including my Drone (Magic Air 2) that is on the counter.

Eli is an incompetent, unprofessional, and rude business owner and operator. I brought my ebike in for repairs by Eli and he had very long delays and tried to charge almost more than double. It's fine for things to take longer and cost more, but this was beyond a reasonable standard. Worst of all, the quality of his work was extremely poor that I had to go to another shop afterward. Eli helped me source parts for a SUPER73 ebike which NO one including the manufacture could help me out with, due to over extended wait times on parts. Eli is professional, very knowledgeable and I can’t recommend him enough! Excellent customer service!!!
