Following up with this, new manager, Chris, he is very patient and tried his best to solve this issue. I really did not need more toys, but i stopped by the store to check out some Dualtrons. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great conversation with the owner. They have some seriously fast scooters, 90km/hr +. We ended up purchasing two models. Great shop with Fantastic people. ! 5 stars. Also they play good music. Will be back for sure.

Bought teverun a couple years ago and I love it, never had any issues whatsoever so ever and just bought a newer model for my wife, the staff are amazing . Highly recommend
