Great store, awesome service. I have an older Giant Trance and it’s been a super durable and fun bike to ride. I did something silly and lost my rear axel. I took in my bike and within 10mins I was riding again. Thanks Greg. I appreciate your willingness to help, the expertise, and the availability of parts to solve my problem.

Bought my first gravel bike at the store in late August, was really impressed with the store staff; they took the time to walk me through what to expect with tubeless tires, maintenance expectations, and most importantly, felt that they sold me the right bike for my size and needs. Felt very much like a priority to them. Kudos to Travis who helped with all of the explanations for me :)

As a first-time road bike buyer, I was apprehensive about going into a bike shop without having a lot of background knowledge.
