I purchased the Grin All Axle Rear Motor/CA3/Phaserunner combo. Initially I had lots of issues with power instability for several months and was very disappointed. I thought either the motor or the controller or the display was having issues. I spent several months with support, lots of emails and troubleshooting. In the end I discovered that when I installed the hub motor on my Azub Ti-Fly X that I had accidentally twisted and slightly sheared the motor cable. This is mainly because the...

I bought a kit and it doesn't work. A Gmac with PhaseRunner and CA3 with spokes costing $1,500. I've sent numerous emails to support, but I haven't received a response or a solution for three weeks. I received one email telling me to reset the system to default, but that didn't change the problem. They sent me a defective e-bike kit and they don't care. I haven't received a replacement or any help. I'm simply left alone with a defective e-bike kit that cost $1,500. Add this two months later:...

I bought a cycle analyst v2 almost 10 years ago. It still works great. I just upgraded to a cycle analyst v3 and the wire colours match the 10 year old v2. The products work for someone who wants to plug and play, they also encourage people to dig deeper and expand on the available options
