Sadly I was not happy with my experience at Kissing Crows. I have contacted them directly about my concerns with how things were handled and I did not get a response from them. I went in to get my brakes fixed which they did a great job on. However while I was in they asked me if I had anything else I was worried about and I just mentioned that I was noticing that my gears were a bit slippy. They charged me for fixing my brakes as well as an adjustment on my gears but returned my bike with t...
Just had my bike serviced there to get ready for the warm weather we're having and the tune up they did was fantastic. The bike feels and rides like new. The gang at Kissing did a great job and i highly recommend them.

Had a great experience at Kissing Crows Cyclery! You can really feel that he cares about both the bikes and the people who ride them. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for honest advice, great service, and a passion-driven team. Thanks again, Mario!

There was no offer or recommendation to replace the chain ring as part of the repair. When I provided the feedback to the mechanic about my disappoint...
