Brought in my Segway Ninebot that was having issues with pairing and wouldn’t pair at all after a firmware update. Brought it in, these guys took care of it, called me a week later and it’s better than ever. Only thing it needs is to charge when I get to it today lol.

I just bought an electrical scooter for my son, which he likes very much. The store has a good selection of scooters and a wide range of prices. Alejandro was amazing! Very helpful, kind and so eager to help. He showed my son how to ride it and how the scooter works, and to download the app. Thank you ProMechBC! Thank you Alejandro! I recommend this shop!

This place is a joke. The most unpleasant unprofessional staff. 0 care in the world. Back in early November we brought our sons scooter in for repair. (Battery failure) after a month or 2 of owning it. We managed to get the scooter back but it still did not work. So a battery was ordered.
