I have been going to this shop for the last several months for various repairs on my bikes. Staff have always been super helpful and very timely in getting my bike back to me. I most appreciate the fact that they identify the problem and fix it; I never feel like I am being taken advantage of like I have at other shops. The guys are Reckless Bikes are super people. I took a spill on my bike today and need a few things fixed, these guys had it done in 30 mins. Paul is fantastic and all staff were compassionate and helpful after they saw the condition of my bike and I. I will be back and I highly recommend checking this bike shop out. My kiddo’s bike pedal broke while riding so we stopped in here to see if they could help. They fixed it right away! SO fast we were back on the sea wall in less than 10mins! Mathew and Erica were working. They were both very friendly and helpful!!
