Great place to rent a bike from to bike around Stanly Park and harbour edge. Go over one block and there is a dedicated cycle lane physically seperated from traffic. Takes you down to harbour pathway. We headed first towards science museum, awesome seperate paths for cyclists and attractive area. The shop had a good range of bikes for hire in different shapes and sizes. I really liked that they give you a decent abus lock that attaches to a holder on the frame so you don't have to carry it on...
this place was amazing was recommended me to me by a friend so I took my bike down cause I had some issues and everybody was telling me I was gonna have to spend money on a chain spend money on a new sprocket thing or I was gonna have to redo this for that of this it’s gonna be so expensive, but I went down there and literally it was a nut that needed to be tightened and he did so for free wouldn’t let me pay him for tightening it and figuring that out but just all in all great experience wou...
Simon's shop was able to find us a great deal for 2 new bikes. I definitely recommend the place, since they have a great assortment and prices. They also offer a 25% 5 year discount on gear if you buy a bike at Simon's. Simon can be a little snappy, but he is a great person and I trust his advice and recommendations. Dave was also great at answering questions and helping out. They have a lot of gear, go check it out.
As a delivery rider, I’ve always appreciated the great service I received from Tobias—he’s professional, fair, and respectful. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Simon was disappointing. I came in with a flat tire and had already spoken with Tobias, who had previously done a tire change for me for $50. This time, however, Simon insisted the cost would be around $100, including charges for the tube, tire, and other extras, and told me they couldn’t help otherwise. While I understand tha...
Extremely disappointed with this bike shop. Their service and product prices are at least three times higher than other places, with no justification for the cost. On top of that, the owner’s attitude is snooty and unprofessional, which makes the experience even worse. I would highly recommend going to other bike shops—even rental shops can fix the same issues for much cheaper and with better customer service. Definitely not worth the money or the attitude.
