I had a very very great experience here. Thank you Marc for beautifully fixing my issues with Casette/derailleur compatibility and tires installation. The bicycle now feels really good. And not only the great technical service, he’s a very nice person and he’s good at listening. Randy also very pleasant customer service and advices, they have very impressive service overall in the shop! Would definitely come back🤙🏼 10/10 recommend. Thanks guys

I am racing in a half Ironman and brand new to biking - it is a very overwhelming combo! I went in to get help installing the cleats into my shoes and to learn basic maintenance of my new bike. Andrew was SO lovely. He helped install my cleats and taught me how to clip in and out! He did a quick check of my bike and even taught me how to look after the chain and cassette. They are the best here :)

Instead, the process became a nightmare of repeated miscommunications, poor workmanship, and multiple wasted visits that severely disrupted my training. First visit: I dropped off my bike for a cassette upgrade and compressionless brake housing rep...
