Amazing customer service and incredible work! I took my bike in as the gears haven't been shifting properly; on the spot, the tech was able to determine that the mechanism was totally shot (not a surprise), had to get new shifters installed and decided to get a full service since I was already there. They called me when the bike was ready, were extremely patient with me as it took me a few weeks to get back to pick it up. I didn't recognize my bike! it was absolutely spotless and looked brand...

I’ll start my review by prefacing; I think the service at west point is exceptional and the bike techs were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgable when my friend and I went. Our rear brake broke and the bike tech was able to sell us a used brake for about 20$. They also offered to install the brake day of for usual price of labour and service but I opted to install it myself. Just got my bike back from West Point Cycles after it was repaired after a jeep backed into it. The bike is working better than ever - and the service team is very friendly.

I purchased a bike from WPC. After riding it for a couple of days I found out that it was too small and was causing me a lot of low back pain. I brought it back in and WPC agreed to let me replace it with a larger bike no questions asked. I was very pleased with that level of service.

This is definitely the store to go in the area to for all of your biking needs. I called a few bike stores looking for a last minute assessment and tune up for a race on the weekend, another store laughed at me for leaving it too late however west point cycles said to bring the bike in for an assessment, that they'd do it on the spot, fix any minor issues and can then book in for a tune up at a later date.
