Bought a bike and a bunch of gear off Malcom today. He was knowledgeable about the products and valued my time in a way that got me setup and out the door quickly so I could ride the same day.

I came in unexpectedly with a flat tire and they immediately helped me out; quickly fixed me up for a great price and off I went no more than 20 minutes later. The technician even taught me how to do the fix myself for next time. Thanks Jordan! Much appreciated 🙏🙂

These guys rock Had a great experience in the downtown location , Dropped off a real shock to get the bearings switched over and they did it in 30 minutes And left an extremely happy customer ! Nothing but good things to say about the other location in Langford as-well! Would recommend to anyone !

Popped in after realizing nothing was holding my cranks on (lol) while 40km from home. They had my bike sorted in minutes and only charged for parts. Friendly and responsive shop! Would recommend if you're in Vic! :)

I came in looking for a bike and even though they didn’t have one in my price range they were so helpful to redirect me to good stores that can help me! They gave me good advice on what kind of bike to look for that matches what I need. Will definitely come back to get my bike accessories once I have one!
