Biktrix Electric Bikes - Victoria

My husband and and I have the most incredible experience with BIKTRIX in Victoria. The manager Dillon is a fabulous salesman to begin with and the staff is wonderful. We had bought bikes in Edmonton and brought them to Victoria where we are staying for the winter. One night after we had arrived one bike was stolen and Dillon was able to supply us with a new bike right away in the color that I had originally wanted but couldn't get in Edmonton. Thanks to Biktrix Victoria staff, who are always friendly and VERY knowledgeable, because of this I never have to worry about my bike. They are always willing to help in person or on the phone. Thanks to them I have no worries with my Swift CVT.
