James at Mayfair Mall in Victoria BC is the best! We had ordered Ebikes in May in the US before we left on our boat for a 5 week trip but they didnt arrive in time and they agreed to refund our money. We went to the Mayfair Mall on our trip in July and found EnergyOne E-Bikes and James! We did our research and and found they are were not only great bikes. I emailed James from Ontario and he shipped me the battery for my ebike right away from BC ....the price came in $250.00 less than where I bought my bike in Ontario...I also had to get extra details for insurance purposes and James was very prompt in helping me. First class customer service!!
