I purchased a new bike here and I had a great experience with both the purchase and with after-sale support. The vibe is very friendly and low pressure. I was pretty high maintenance through the purchase process and the staff were patient and supportive. I brought my bike in last week to ask about the horrific noise coming from my brakes, they were able to check it out, determine the cause, and were able to fix it the same day, which I was really grateful for.
