Giant Victoria

If there was a 10 star option, these guys would get it! HUGE THANKS to Tyson and Nash for swooping us in when we walked in the door with my broken (Giant) bike, and a broken heart. This place is great! They have a great selection of bikes here and the staff are awesome. They're extremely helpful. I have bought 4 bicycles here and my sister has bought 2 here. They provide the same excellent service whether this is your first bike or your fifth. Dylan in particular has helped me out a lot and even pulled through some top tier service when I was really in a pinch (turns out it's much harder to change your own bicycle tires if you don't have access to compressed air). I had trouble with my bike while downtown. They took me in immediately and had the repair done very quickly. The staff was very familiar and skillfully made the repair. The service here is fantastic.

Amazing experience! Went it to check out the LIV as I was shopping for my first road bike. 40 mins later new bike. Another hour later and I picked it up from the helpful, knowledgeable staff. My new fav local bike shop!

We had a really lovely experience at Giant. The entire staff are very friendly and welcoming. They took the time to answer all my questions to ensure that I was making the right choices. They also had stock of everything I needed to feel confident and safe on the road. We highly recommend visiting Giant for all of your biking needs. 10/10.
