We were lucky to get everything we needed for our camping trip here, from sleeping bags, chairs, cookwares, food and snacks. Saved us a lot of time. Spacious and comfortable store with great collection of products, and of course very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend it. All in one store for your outdoor activities needs.

Recently, I’ve been visiting this store quite often because I was looking for black Vessi shoes, which were not available in-store. Eventually, I was advised to order them online. I returned an item, received a gift card, and planned to use that gift card for the online order since the store said they wouldn’t be able to place the order for me. Went to exchange a MEC branded sweater because the zipper broke off shortly after purchase. They wouldn’t accept the exchange as it wasn’t on my account. Staff should ensure they are always asking customers for phone numbers. Too bad they won’t even stand behind their own products. Disappointing to say the least.

Beautiful store. Very helpful and friendly staff. Items are a bit pricey but they have clearance sections too. I heard if they don't have your shoe in stock, customers have ordered multiple different sizes online then returned the other ones in store. There is paid max 90 min parking right outside store. They even have a little stone like incline you can walk up and down in the hiking shoes you try on.

Big and well organized store. Great Mountain Equipment Company location. Lots of great fishing gear. Appreciate that this place stays open a bit later too. Would recommend if in the area and don't mind a bit more expensive gear.
