Rented a gravel bike for 2 days to visit a friend in Duncan. Great communication from North48, felt confident in the quality of the service due to questions asked ahead of time. The bike was great, it fit me well and there were no issues on the journey. Great to rent bikepacking bags too, first time trying those instead of my usual Ortlieb pannier set-up.

I was visiting the island for work for a few days and took the opportunity to do the 3-ferries ride at the weekend and a smaller tour around the gravel trails in Victoria. I rented a gravel bike off David. This was a great bike, well-specced and adjusted to my size nicely. The interactions with David were excellent. So, if you want a high quality rental bike, with excellent and knowldgeble customer service, look no further.

Excellent bike rental experience. Lite gravel bike perfect for a mix of riding the pavement and gravel trails in the area. David was great in getting the sizing right and pick up and return.
