My former fav local bike shop...Mixed reviews on the shop this time. I think it depends on the staff person you get. I have a trek and was prepared to buy another for my first road bike. Took one for a test drive as suggested by the one staff person. ready to buy after the test and the one staffer said there was "flexibility" on price for older model and to chat to the guys at the desk as he was headed for lunch. Guy at desk said no flexibility so I left the store. My review isn't cause there...

Fantastic service, knowledgeable staff, an epic collection of bikes for all budgets. Super happy with every purchase from OBB and will always go there for my bike and accessory needs. Their website is user friendly and their store is clean, bright, and exciting! Thank you to the great staff for helping me find the right bike for me! I’m so grateful for the help, I literally had no idea and I’m so stoked now! Scott was super helpful and kind. He had the mechanic look over my bike one last time...

Great shop - good vibe, friendly service. Got a new bicycle here - they were honest about everything and not trying to push me into a sale. In the end I got a cheaper bike swapped out the brakes the next day (the ones that came weren't good enough). They took care of me quickly and gave me a discount on the parts (since I bought the bike new from them), and I'm stoked on my new commuter. Highly recommend.

Purchased a BmX Cruiser from this location, great bike! Overall I had initially posted a review regarding some issues in the bike - However Jeff a service manager reached out, and resolved all my concerns. Overall I would end up recommending this shop! This review is long overdue since I've bought bikes for myself and my kids here over the years and had a solid sales experience each time. However, more recently I had an extensive mountain bike service done that included premium components and suspension. I have to admit that I was reluctant to have anyone 'mess' with the suspension as I have had some bad experiences with shock/fork services in the past at other locations. Sometimes they were fine, but sometimes they never worked right ever ...
