We love our local bike shop! The whole team is always quick to say hello when we come in and they are always happy to share their expertise - without being pushy. They’ve always been helpful and ready with answers or suggestions, whether it was for our kiddo’s first bike or my first bike in 20 years. The work they’ve done for us for tune ups and customizations is always great. This team is the best, we highly recommend Straight Up!

ive been a customer with straight up for the past 4 years. the staff are friendly and knowlegeable and service is prompt and priced fairly. the shop has that old school atmosphere and displays old vintage bikes along with modern gravel, road, mountain and e-bikes. check it out, you wont be disappointed

There are many bike shops in Vic but this one is by far the best . Expert service at a fair price but more importantly,, a very friendly staff who make this place a meeting spot for all biking enthusiasts from beginners to experts. Highly recommended 👍🏻
