I don’t normally write reviews unless a business goes above and beyond. I bought my first dedicated road bike (Trek Domane AL5) afew months ago and it’s been a solid bike all round. I got a new bike from these guys back in Sep/2025 and they've been tremendous so far. Quickly dealt with a blown rear shock and yesterday had issues with electronic shifting and not only did they fix it on the fly, the mechanic actually showed me what was going on down there which is super helpful and no charge- that's superb customer service and that makes all the difference to me. Thanks to all the staff at Trek Store- sorry I didn't get your names!

This store has everything needed to get going. Whether you're racing or commuting or mountain biking, it's here at a great price. Matt P. Is very helpful and they stand behind their products. I'm looking forward to picking up my new mode of commuting tomorrow.

I bought new hardtail bike from Trek in May. First week riding my bike and I had issues with the gears. Normal, I know. I took it to back to the shop, 2h later they called me and said it’s all fixed, happy riding. Next day I had to push my bike back from the trails, because the gears broke again. I took my road bike in for derailleur issues. The staff offered to take a quick look and ended up making the problem worse. I asked them to revert whatever damage they did. The staff were then rude and dismissive and told me to wait and make an appointment. Follow up: I ended up going to Marty's Mountain Cycle to get my bike fixed. The staff at Marty's were kind and professional and were able to fix my problem in less than 5 minutes at a cost of $6. I highly suggest going to Marty's for any ...
