Fantastic experience. Charles and the other staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I got to test ride the Kona Dew-EDL which is the one I ended up buying. The financing option is a great one for folks who may not be able to cover the costs of an e-bike up front. The shop called me a couple months after I bought my bike to see how I was doing which was much appreciated. Customer experience has been A+.

Update: returned on November 1 to get my balding back tire replaced. They went the extra mile by servicing the brakes and chain as well. So happy to have a reliable LBS so close by. I made an appointment to get a yearly tuneup for my first generation Aventon Sinch. I did not buy my bike from these folks but they carry the Aventon brand.
