I met Eric yesterday he helped me with couple things on my new bike and didn’t even want to get a dime. Besides his being genuine he is also a great person to make everyone feel welcome. I’m not going anywhere else and happily bring all my bikes for maintenance. Great human being with great service, let’s support him.

I want to thank Bruce and the team for the exceptional experience I had around noon today. He helped me with two bike rentals that were reasonably priced. The service is incredible here. I appreciated the fact he thoroughly inspected every part of the bike, and ensured both of us would leave comfortably by adjusting the seating. An excellent bike shop I would highly recommend and will return to!

I bought a bike from Adventure Cycling even though it’s farther from my home than other shops, specifically because they promised free service on the bike if I purchased it there. Unfortunately, the very first time I brought it in for the free service, I was told they would cover it this time, I would have to pay for future service. This was extremely disappointing and felt like a bait-and-switch. I would not have chosen this shop if I had known they wouldn’t honor their original promise.

Very honest, knowledgeable and skilled bike mechanics. Twice, I’ve asked for “self-diagnosed” expensive service and they fixed one with self-help DIY advice of adding a little grease on rear skewer points to stop mystery creaking, and another with slight tweak of bent derailleur to fix shifting. Didn’t change me on both occasions! So, their honesty and skills will keep me coming back. 5 Stars!

Always very helpful. You come to them for advice. I appreciate that they are friendly and always look to find a solution to my bike's problems. Excellent service. Note: they will charge less if you use cash.
